We ensure our Service Desk engineers are not overwhelmed or left with an unmanageable amount of support tickets. We ensure all our support tickets are responded to and resolved with the SLA’s which have been agreed with your business.
We ensure you have a dedicated point of contact within ITMSP, so we assign you with an Account Manager who oversees your support contract. Our account managers have a huge amount of experience in the IT industry and have worked in a technical capacity, so they understand IT.
Our account managers will provide regular updates, statistics and reviews at quarterly meetings, your account manager will also act as an escalation point should this be required and help you with anything else you need from us.
